驗淫片「都會背」　法官曾審Makiyo案

【綜合報導】淫富少李宗瑞案受命男法官蔡羽玄（34歲）曾審理藝人Makiyo等矚目案，昨宣判後，他說：「終於結案，真的好累。」談到勘驗光碟，蔡羽玄說，開庭前至少要先看好幾遍，「內容幾乎都會背」，因被害人多，得不斷加班熬夜。

該案審理時，因庭內不時傳出「喔~啊！」有女性經過害羞說：「簡直像放A片。」合議庭察覺不妥，趕緊要求調低音量，並派員管制不讓民眾接近法庭外。
