天兔來勢洶洶 氣象局發布陸警

強烈颱風天兔來勢洶洶，今天上午8時30分中央氣象局發布陸上颱風警報，目前颱風中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方約直560 公里的海面上，近中心最大風速每秒55公尺，相當於16級風，並以每小時18公里的速度向西北西進行，警戒區域包含蘭嶼、綠島、台東、恆春半島及屏東地區要嚴防強風豪雨。

受到颱風外圍環流影響，基隆北海岸、宜蘭及大台北地區有局部大雨或豪雨，花蓮及台東地區則有局部大雨。

中央氣象局表示，一度龜速的天兔颱風，目前每小時行進速度已經提升至18公里，還有可能再加快，但暴風圈接近陸地後，可能會減速。
