租屋同住無通姦實據　女告妨害家庭不起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名51歲高姓男子，因債務問題不常返家，後來認識30歲黎姓女子後，乾脆就不回家，前後將近有2年時間。高妻日前清晨意外發現，丈夫車輛停在基隆市中山區巷內，高妻便詢問高男，高男坦承與黎女住在同一公寓內，但只是分租給黎女居住，2人並無發生關係。高妻不接受這樣的說法，憤而提告高男通姦罪、黎女相姦及和誘罪。

檢方認為2人租屋同住，不免啟人疑竇，但無法具體判斷2人有無發生性行為，也不能證明黎女施以詐術，引誘高男脫離家庭，全案偵結，2人均不起訴處分。
