房仲業者：928檔期旺季不旺

央行總裁彭淮南的一句「房貸借款人要留意未來利率變動風險」，一向為下半年房市重頭戲的「928檔期」也開跑，卻讓業者憂心忡忡。不少房仲業者表示，下半年度因括QE退場疑慮、奢侈稅延修爭議、政治紛擾等因素干擾，讓房屋銷售量呈現萎縮，相較於上半年39檔期的氣氛，「928檔期很不樂觀」。

住商不動產企畫研究室主任徐佳馨表示，下半年國際情勢和國內奢侈稅爭議，帶給房市不少不確定因素，再加上這回彭總裁「明示」，預估市場買氣將會大打折扣，銷售量最多恐怕會掉1至2成，市場將呈現旺季不旺的現象。
