【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】6度受阻無法在立法院施政報告的行政院長江宜樺，今可上台備詢，目前他人已抵達立院。

民進黨雖同意江揆上台，但揚言在江揆進行口頭施政報告時，隔空在議場外抗議，之後進行質詢，也將安排民進黨總召柯建銘扛綠委第1棒。馬王政爭後，2人「正面對決」。
