竹縣慣竊偷車撞死人逃逸　判2年2個月

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹縣一名前科累累的37歲林姓慣竊（在押)），今年5月間清晨偷了一部客貨兩用車，無照行駛在湖口鄉的勝利路上，因過度疲累、精神不濟，逆向駛進對向車道，撞上準備上班的傅姓男騎士，造成傅男傷重不治。

林男發現對方受傷，竟駕車逃逸，警方依監視器及目擊證人指證逮到林某，清查發現他犯下侵入住宅及竊盜、偽造文書等案。新竹地院今依侵入住宅罪、肇事致人死亡逃逸等罪，判處2年2個月徒刑。
