現在想買的,罵房價高的...心中是想買的,因為他預期未來會漲...

2003 SARS , 2004 二顆子彈,2008金融風暴...

那時房價都有跌,賣屋者多,價格也低...但沒甚人買:因大多數人預期會再跌,不敢買,想再等等..等更便宜
