102年地價稅將於11月1日開徵，繳納期限到12月2日止，由於今年公告地價普遍調漲，預估可徵起的地價稅金額達700.98億元，創史上新高紀錄，其中以台北市增加18億元最多。
台南市政府稅務局主任秘書沈盈如30日表示，今年公告地價除金門外，各縣市普遍都有調漲，平均漲幅8.66%，使得今年地價稅徵起金額也同步成長。根據地價稅發單的初步統計，今年發單數有766萬8千戶，較去年多了15萬7千戶，發單金額700.98億元，也比去年增加79億元，增幅12.74%，創史上新高。
就發單金額來說，以台北市增加18億元最多，如就成長幅度來說，則以台中市成長31%最多。
至於今年地價稅收入的預算數則為679億元。
財政部賦稅署表示，此次開徵的地價稅稅款是102年1月1日至12月31日，依法以8月31日地政機關土地登記簿所載的所有權人、典權人、受託人或經主管稽徵機關指定的土地使用人為納稅義務人，民眾如果對地價稅繳納通知書所載的稅額有疑問，或還沒有收到繳納通知書，都可以向土地所在地的地方稅稽徵機關查詢或申請補發。
為方便民眾繳納稅款，財政部也提供多元化繳稅管道，包括可至金融機構（郵局除外）、便利商店（稅額在2萬元以下者）繳款，或以信用卡、自動櫃員機（ATM）、活期（儲蓄）存款帳戶、晶片金融卡網際網路轉帳等方式繳稅。
賦稅署也提醒，已辦理長期約定轉帳繳地價稅的民眾，請在繳納期間截止日、也就是12月2日在帳戶內預留足額存款，以備提兌。
