郝龍斌倡廢特偵組　國民黨：不應隨綠營起舞

【晏明強／台北報導】任期僅剩一年的台北市長郝龍斌今公開倡議，特偵組不受人民信任應可廢除，由於郝這一立場明顯與馬英九總統、國民黨中央相左，國民黨發言人楊偉中下午表示，特偵組存廢議題，黨中央政策已經定調，立院黨團也已作出決議，認為特偵組現階段仍有存在必要。

黨政人士更強調，特偵組的制度與運作可以檢討，但特偵組是民進黨執政時在最高法院檢察署所增設的單位，當時是在兩黨共識下推動成立，成立7年多來曾辦出不少大案，如前總統陳水扁貪污4案、臺高院法官多人貪污案、行政院前秘書長林益世貪污案等，顯示特偵組確有發揮當初設立時立院所要求的功能，實不應輕言廢除。這位黨政人士重批，郝龍斌的說法令人不解與遺憾，「當前尤其不應隨民進黨政治操作而起舞」。
