P.S. 店家的鹹蛋糕,記得要冷藏哦! 最佳賞味期是三天! 店家的鹹蛋糕是已經幫顧客切好一塊塊. 鹹蛋糕還蠻方便拿取的. 一盒鹹蛋糕裡面一共有12小塊. 不過,我拍的時候,已經剩下7塊了. 鹹蛋糕的上方灑有油蔥酥,聞起來蠻香的. 鹹蛋糕吃起來略帶點蛋香味, 單吃鹹蛋糕還蠻鬆軟的,不是超乾的那種口感. 因為店家的鹹蛋糕是水蒸蛋糕,難怪口感那麼好吃. 中間的內餡有包油蔥酥,豬肉. 內餡的用炒過的豬肉餡, 吃起來不僅有油蔥的香味,也有肉燥的甜味,單吃內餡也很好吃哩! 有些鹹蛋糕的蛋糕比較偏乾, 有些鹹蛋糕的內餡蠻不優的, 不過,這一家格格鹹蛋糕的整體味道,倒是深得我心. 若是到彰化要買伴手禮回家,可以考慮看看! -- 酒娘未笑 部落格: http://llafcdll.blogspot.com/ 臉書粉絲團: https://www.facebook.com/llafcdll -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.150.11
