為籌租屋押金　3姊弟持肉槌搶2司機起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市17歲賴姓少女今年3月，帶著弟弟與妹妹在2天內，分別趁凌晨時洗劫2名計程車司機，包括用鐵製肉槌狠敲司機頭手或用胡椒粉噴臉，共得手約6千元現金及1台行車紀錄器、1支手機。新北地檢署今起訴賴女與弟弟各涉犯2次傷害罪嫌與2次加重強盜罪嫌，小妹涉犯1次傷害罪嫌與1次加重強盜罪嫌。

檢方指出，賴女3姊弟所犯罪嫌中，傷害最重判3年、加重強盜最少判7年，她們自稱幫打零工的父親籌房租與押金共約2萬元，看電視聽說計程車似乎很好搶，於是有樣學樣。

賴女落網後，今年5月被收容在台北少年觀護所期間，還率眾設局圍毆一名女管理員頭部，目前另案在彰化少年輔育院接受感化教育，15歲的弟弟被收容在少年觀護所。14歲的小妹則獨自出庭與其中1名受害司機簽和解書，分期付款賠償數萬元。3姊弟父母案發後都沒出面。
