（中央社記者黃名璽台北3日電）總統馬英九今天到台北市圓山忠烈祠主持中樞秋祭忠烈殉職人員典禮，場外聚集軍中受難家屬團結聯盟人士陳情，遭警力隔離。

馬總統向烈士靈位上香獻花，並慰問烈士遺族代表。

馬總統等人車隊進入忠烈祠前，軍中受難者蔡學良遺屬蔡媽媽等6、7人在忠烈祠外陳情盼求真相，但警方將陳情人士與總統車隊路線隔離至少50公尺，陳情人士情緒一度激動。1020903
