反黑箱服貿民主陣線召集人賴中強今（5）日指出，大陸與紐西蘭間的自由貿易協定有人權條款、台灣與紐西蘭的經濟合作協定也有人權條款，為什麼台灣與大陸間的經貿協議就沒有人權條款？
賴中強表示，WTO日益重視國際貿易與人權的關聯性，而近年來歐盟、美國、加拿大、澳洲等國家的優惠貿易協定（Preferential Trades Agreements, PTAs）中，已經越來越普遍加入各種人權條款。
賴中強指出，台灣與紐西蘭的經濟合作協定中，以相當詳密的篇幅規範勞動、環境，以及原住民的權利，而大陸與紐西蘭的自由貿易協定也有人權條款，為什麼台灣與大陸間的經貿協議就沒有人權條款呢？
他說，難道台紐之間、中紐之間作生意要談人權，獨獨兩岸之間作生意不必談人權？
賴中強表示，大陸是國際上，公認人權保障嚴重不足的國家，經常發生大量人權侵害案件，許多人權侵害是透過商業手段進行，民間團體早已呼籲兩岸交流應提出「人權早收清單」、兩岸協議中應納入「人權條款」或「人權專章」。
賴中強說，他要請問馬政府與朝野政黨，是否同意在「服貿協議」當中列入「人權條款」專章？
