如果是一般的雇傭關係 政府公告颱風假 依勞基法而言 員工可以不出勤 但若是承攬關係呢 比如 a公司把保全的業務外包給b公司 並在契約中明定每日要有10名保全人員上班 b公司若未遵守規定 a公司就減付承攬金 颱風假當天 a公司還是要有保全人員看守 b公司可以拒絕出勤嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.20.28
