Dyson 起訴 Samsung 侵犯其吸塵器設計專利

Samsung 和 Apple 間的專利官司已經鬧得沸沸揚揚了，沒想到前者此番又在家電界惹上了麻煩，被指侵犯了 Dyson 的吸塵器設計專利。據悉 Dyson 日前已向英國高等法院遞交了訴狀，稱 Samsung 抄襲了其圓筒式吸塵器中的轉向機構，並將類似的組件加入到了剛剛在 IFA 上發表的 Motion Sync 產品中。

實際上，早在 2009 年時 Dyson 就獲得了相關的專利，因此在公司創始人 James Dyson 爵士看來，Samsung 的舉動就是簡直就是「偷竊」。考慮到四年前 Samsung 已經因為「三重氣旋（triple-cyclone）」專利在 Dyson 面前栽過一次跟頭，這一回，他們還是自求多福吧。
