證交所監視部罕見針對愛山林（2540）（原金尚昌）發布警示的新聞稿，特別提醒投資人應注意該公司財務業務基本面資訊。

證交所表示，愛山林因股價漲幅較大，連續五個營業日經證交所公布為注意股票，依據證交所本（11日）日最新公告，將對愛山林股票的交易採取處置措施，自明（12）日起五個營業日採人工管制撮合作業，因該股票係變更交易方法為全額交割股票，處置期間約每十分鐘撮合一次。
