 為何不歸父親

是父親有犯罪記錄<家暴 詐欺  傷害>造成無法擁有監護權的嗎?
還是法官認定父親沒路用?

唉 ! 不是歸父親就是歸母親 ,難道要把小孩切一半,一人一半嗎?
