男偷鍋子被逮　辯稱：想煮泡麵

【楊適群╱高雄報導】高市一名方姓男子（28歲，竊盜前科）昨天上午侵入郭姓鄰居的住處，偷走一只麵攤營業用的隔水加熱鍋，郭姓鄰居直到晚間6時返家才發現鍋子不見，報警並指稱方男有重嫌，警方取得方男同意後進屋察看，沒料一進門就看見鍋子，當場在人贓俱獲。

方男事後坦承鄰居家因沒上鎖，加上自己「想煮泡麵卻沒鍋子」，所以才會拿來用，警方訊後今依竊盜罪嫌將方男移送法辦。
