因越界捕魚被菲方扣留8天的蔡波昨天返家，換掉髒衣沐浴後，大口吃下家人為他準備的豬腳麵線。

屏東縣恆春漁民蔡波駕膠筏越界捕魚遭菲律賓拘留8天，繳交罰金後、人船獲釋，返航途中漁船還一度出狀況，延誤4個多小時、昨天上午8時20分終於返回恆春後壁湖漁港。

蔡波由家人接上岸後，隨即回到車城鄉住處，過火爐、祭拜神明後，大口吃下家人為他準備的豬腳麵線，但他仍強調是因膠筏故障才漂流到菲國領海，絕非蓄意越界捕魚。
