標題[請益] 華寶的工作氣氛及未來願景

各位好， 因為本人在nb界從事SW PL約5年多， 有幸參與華寶面試 初步的核薪已經下來了，只比現在多1000元。 對於從nb跳手機產業，該主管原本表示可能會比我現在薪資在打折 沒想到沒有打折，還有多1000 我不知道該不該滿意這樣的核薪結果？ 另外，不知道華寶注不注重員工？把員工當資產還是當奴隸？ 目前服務的公司，老闆對員工都很好，在這邊工作，倍感尊重。 目前公司人數大約400多人，部門也有50人。 因為沒有在大企業1500人的公司工作過，不知道工作氣氛如何！ 目前，有在投外商，我該繼續找外商公司還是先跳到華寶呢？ 希望可以得到版上的先進的建議。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.39.200
