燒冥紙推警察判4月 關廠工人抗議

全國關廠工人連線訴求修改勞基法擴大積欠工資墊償範圍，去年9月在勞委會前絕食抗議，代表之一的林子文在抗議活動中燒冥紙，諷刺「繳稅給政府，不如燒給好兄弟！」警方持滅火器噴灑滅火時，林子文以身體推擠葉姓警員，致葉失去重心往後傾倒，一審依妨害公務罪判他4月，得易科罰金12萬元。

一審判決後，林子文上訴；高等法院今天開庭，全國關廠工人連線等勞工團體在法院外聲援林子文，為他爭取清白，林子文則戴上寫有「妨害公務、四個月」枷鎖道具，向高院抗議司法迫害，緊縮民眾集會遊行的權利，希望更多人站出來，對抗「天龍國」的統治。

林子文出庭向法官稱，燒金紙是普度民俗活動，不懂為什麼遭警方制止、滅火，且當天是警方先衝入群眾、造成騷動，滅火當下全場都是煙霧，看不出是誰用滅火器噴的，更不知道自己推擠的是警察，因而被判4月「重刑」，結果可笑。

全案預定下周三（18日）做出二審宣判。
