心臟跳針 恐陷猝死危機

心跳「跳針」要當心，50歲的姚先生，曾是體育選手，有一次爬兩層樓樓梯就氣喘吁吁，本以為是體力衰退，就醫發現有心房顫動，每分鐘心跳次數高達160次，是一般人平均的兩倍。醫師表示，心房顫動會在心臟內形成血栓，可能引發中風、猝死。

台北榮總心臟內科主治醫師張世霖表示，一般人每分鐘心跳會像秒針一樣規律，每分鐘50到100次左右，如果心跳超過每分鐘100下、或是像「跳針」一樣忽快忽慢，就要小心。

張世霖說，心房顫動是最常見的心律不整，很可能在心臟中形成血栓，引發腦中風。心房顫動的發生率會隨年齡逐漸增高。有血管堵塞、心肌炎等病史的民眾要留意，不過他也曾遇過二、三十歲的年輕患者，可能跟生活緊張、壓力大、飲食太油膩等因素有關。

他建議，年過65歲的長輩，平時可藉由把脈來檢測，若發現心跳速度不規律，應盡快就醫。同時工作壓力大的人，也應該避免麻辣鍋、濃茶、咖啡、或是過多人工添加物的食品等刺激性飲食，以免影響自律神經系統。
