台大醫：醫糾讓醫師壓力大

台大醫院創傷醫學部主治醫師林子忻15日在醫勞盟發表「醫療糾紛的倫理與經濟學分析」演講表示，台灣醫療糾紛處理現況讓醫師受到很大干擾，約有三到四成的醫師曾遭受醫糾案件調查，且單一民事案件的提告賠償金額常是天價。不過，醫糾案件的起訴率僅有6%，定罪率約2.5%到1成，但真正的賠償率為2%。
