KMT抗告 王金平聲請公開抽籤分案

立法院長王金平涉嫌司法關說被國民黨撤銷黨籍，立法院長資格不保，王金平向法院提起「確認國民黨員資格存在」的民事訴訟，並聲請「定暫時狀態假處分」，請求判決確定前，他能繼續行使中國國民黨黨員權利，合議庭日前裁准王金平的聲請；國民黨委任律師團不服，向高院提起抗告。

王金平委任律師許英傑表示，王金平聲請「暫時保有國民黨籍」的假處分勝訴，「禁止國民黨將撤銷黨籍證明書送達中選會」的緊急處置已經沒有必要，也遭法院駁回，律師團今天具狀捨棄此部份抗告權。

許英傑說，假處分的部份國民黨已向高院抗告，王金平律師團請求高院比照過去處理重大案件，公開抽籤辦理。
