QE不縮手 美股Q4旺季行情可期

美國聯準會宣布暫不縮減每月購買850億美元資產規模的計畫，激勵美股大漲逾百點，市場風險意識降溫，美國經濟復甦力道持續向上，全球股市有望自資金行情轉為景氣行情，且根據過去十年經驗統計，美股史坦普500指數第4季上漲機率達到七成，法人看好，在QE未縮手激勵下，美股可望喜迎旺季行情。

富蘭克林華美坦伯頓全球股票組合基金經理人陳韻如表示，美國零售銷售成長增加0.2%低於預期，失業率、通膨未達預期目標，代表資產購買規模的縮減速度也需放緩，以維繫資金流動性的平衡，使得聯準會未做出啟動縮減QE的決策，在不確定因素降溫下，有助於支撐美股走勢。
