主張撤公投 李慶華：核四安檢報告來不及

國民黨立委李慶華日前主張撤銷他所提出的核四公投案。李慶華今天表示，依他精算的結果，核四安檢報告明年底應該都出不來，既如此就應撤銷公投案，不要再造成對立，也可讓安檢從容無壓力的情況下進行。

李慶華說，行政院本來說10月會提出核能安檢報告，後來一延再延，要改到明年6月才有可能提出完整報告，因此若在今年年底就要公投，他覺得無法對人民交代，沒有安全報告做為參考的公投，他覺得是開老百姓的玩笑。

李慶華表示，台電會在6月提出安檢報告，但還沒加入送原能會審核的兩、三個月時間；再加上還有核四裝填燃料棒的測試，若要向原能會申請裝填、測試，還要撰寫測試報告，再送交原能會審查通過，他相信核安報告明年年底都出不來。既然到後年才能提出完整報告，就不應再保留造成這樣對立的案子，所以他主張撤案。
