內政部今天部務會報通過「戶籍法」部分條文修正草案，為達到簡政便民，草案增訂民眾得向任一戶政事務所請領結婚、離婚、婚姻紀錄、遷徙紀錄及姓名更改紀錄等證明書。

其他修正重點包括，增訂戶口名簿查驗規定、明定戶籍資料範圍及戶口名簿應登載之資料等規定，以強化戶口名簿公信力及周延戶籍資料管理；另配合原住民身分法相關法規，亦增訂原住民身分及民族別登記之規定。
