標題[問題] 請問苓雅寮保安堂9/28煙火施放時間地點?

看到一些板友文中提到保安堂的高空煙火 感覺很精采 想去追 但不知道有無確切的施放時間和地點? 若不是很確切 大約幾點左右會施放也可以 (我有上網google了一下 找不大到....) 另外也想請教有沒有什麼觀賞的好地點? (我沒啥認識能進去的高樓頂 只求哪個路段在平地可觀看到,又沒危險性即可 ) 感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.239.100.30
