【楊喻斐／台北報導】全球半導體晶圓龍頭大廠台積電（2330）今宣布，主導研究發展的執行副總經理暨共同營運長蔣尚義預計於10月31日退休，原本3人的共同營運長（COO）將由另外2人劉德音、魏哲家出線，至於研究發展組織自11月1日起，將直接對董事長張忠謀負責。
