很幸運錄取新的工作。 我的新工作，是個主管的職缺。我是第一次當主管 我的內心很害怕也很感謝。 我的組員都比我早進公司。(年資多久我不確定，面試聽聞最久的也不超過半年) 這是一個新的公司(母公司很久了) 尚未有名氣，相對應徵的競爭者就不多?! 我希望能夠坐穩這個位置 希望有板友可以推薦我管理的書籍或分享當主管的心情 至少讓我撐過試用期，我才有臉回前公司和前主管求救啊~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.179.144
