【石永軒╱新北報導】新北市三重區昨晚發生母女雙屍命案，47歲的母親和19歲女兒同遭勒死，警方深夜在現場頂樓發現服役中的男子黃麟凱(20歲)，他坦承兩年多前就和同所高中的19歲女友交往，但女友和其家人卻趁他入伍當兵要與他分手，還要他償還交往時所用花費9萬人，因此懷恨在心。

警方調查，兩人協議交往費用9萬元，上月29日在雙方家長陪同簽下協議書後分手，但兇嫌當天就購買童軍繩預謀殺人報復，趁著新兵訓練放假期間，昨天潛入女友家痛下殺手，上午警訊後依殺人罪嫌送辦。
