徐洵平認罪 願繳不法所得

基因國際董事長徐洵平等人涉內線交易案，檢方今天諭令徐洵平五百萬元交保。辦案人員指出，徐自白犯罪，願繳交不法所得，依法可減輕其刑。

同案被告、藝人小S丈夫許雅鈞及父親許慶祥、徐妻姜麗芬等則否認犯罪。

台北地檢署昨天指揮調查局幹員兵分四路前往許慶祥、許雅鈞父子，以及徐洵平、姜麗芬夫婦等人的住處及公司搜索，並以依違反證交法內線交易罪犯罪嫌疑人身分，約談四人及黃筱玲到案。經檢察官漏夜複訊，今天凌晨諭令許雅鈞兩百萬元交保、徐洵平五百萬元交保、許慶祥三百萬元交保、姜麗芬三百萬元交保、黃筱玲廿萬元交保，並限制出境、出海。

辦案人員指出，徐洵平自白犯罪，願自動繳交不法所得，依證券交易法規定可減輕其刑，若因而查獲其他正犯或共犯者，可減輕其刑至二分之一。
