標題[問題] 請問這樣的規定合理嗎？

大家好 小弟的朋友上個月到新公司報到一個月後今天開心領薪水了。 發現被扣掉的錢有點多， 因為是 9/2 號上工，(9/1禮拜天)，但是公司卻多扣他 1000 塊的全勤。 因為公司規定薪水都是從每月一號算的，那天他還沒到職，但還是要照算。 公司強調「勞基法規定可以這樣做的」 然後因為他那天還沒到職，所以公司說 9/1 號的薪水當然是不能給的， 因為是你是 9/2 號報到的。 然後又強調這是勞基法規定的喔。這樣做是可以的喔。 請教一下：這樣真的是可以的嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.209.155.198

→ Subaudition:...乘以29/30比較合理 照勞基法應該是可以要得到 10/04 19:00

→ Subaudition:如果公司的全勤是看出勤狀況的話 視為工資 10/04 19:04

→ Subaudition:其他的薪水如果也是乘以29/30 那全勤也應比照辦理 10/04 19:05
