圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/32555431 時間：2013/8 公館的巷弄之中隱藏了不少小店，Die Flügel Café也是其中一家低調的甜 點店，沒有招牌，只有一個如住家般的門面。匆匆路過沒有注意的話，很難 知道這是一家賣甜點的小店。Die Flügel Café室內的格局與座位宛如一般 住家，空間不大，但生意卻是很好，而且大多是女性客人，一整晚不見男性 。 柚子紅茶＄80 紅茶中加了柚子醬，除此之外沒另外加糖，單是柚子醬的甜度就足夠了。淡 淡的柚香甜味，頗為清爽。 伯爵茶蘋果溫蛋糕＄120 第一次吃溫蛋糕，店員提醒要趁熱吃才好吃。蛋糕體中夾了一塊蘋果，蛋糕 口感溫潤鬆軟，有著濃郁的伯爵茶香氣，口味又不會過甜，十分清雅。不過 的確得趁熱才好吃，一旦溫度下降，蛋糕冷掉後，口感變得更加鬆散而且略 乾，香氣也沒那麼明顯了。所以這道甜點不能放太久，最好一上桌就趕快吃 完，不然就不好吃了。 Die Flügel Café 地址：台北市羅斯福路三段269巷21號 電話：0928-080973 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.0.187
