民進黨：蕭習會讓台灣鎖進「一中框架」

民進黨中國事務部主任洪財隆今天批評，今年APEC領袖會議係以「公平的永續成長」、「APEC強化多邊貿易體系之角色」為主題，是少數台灣可以參與的國際區域組織，但馬政府卻反其道而行，將APEC變成兩岸政治對話的場域，不斷地將台灣的國際關係「兩岸化」，讓中共當局在此國際場合藉由「一中框架」的政治宣示，矮化台灣的國際地位，讓國際社會誤以為中國是台灣的「宗主國」，這是非常不智的做法。
