賴士葆：不要過度解讀馬總統談話

馬英九總統指出，兩岸關係不是國際關係，引發民進黨抨擊。國民黨立委賴士葆今天表示，馬總統的說法根據憲法而來，沒有特別用意、也非新的說法，與馬總統在2008年說兩岸間不是國與國關係意思相同，只是用詞不同，外界不用過度解讀。
