新科女拳王陳念琴為義大開球

【謝岱穎／台中報導】繼桌球莊智淵、網球謝淑薇、景美女中拔河隊和大仁國小少棒隊之後，義大犀牛今(11日)晚在台中洲際球場請到今年第5個冠軍開球貴賓─17歲的世界青少年國際拳擊錦標賽女子組75公斤量級陳念琴。

擁有原住民血統的陳念琴小時候目睹雙親酒後全武行而刺激練拳動力，國二就從馬祖隻身來台比賽，自己克服種種環境問題，又得到各方支助，才得以持續練拳，國三時一度嚴重貧血導致成績走下坡，但最後仍是走出陰霾，今年在保加利亞終於奪下世界冠軍，並打算挑戰2016年奧運。

雖然從小練拳，但陳念琴對棒球並不陌生，義大的林益全、胡金龍、高國輝、林英傑和林瑋恩她都頗為熟悉，昨天賽前「神拳」林益全就與這位女拳王比劃了一下，也幫她接球，運動細胞豐富的陳念琴也直接將球投進手套。
