女孩動起來，勇敢闖出一片天！今(11)日空手道金牌選手的黃瑞羚，和3位勇氣女孩出席教育部的「國際女孩日」記者會，分享自己人生勇於追逐夢想的心路歷程。

女孩動起來，勇敢闖出一片天！從國小畢業後便接觸空手道的黃瑞羚，不畏老天給她的考驗，在教練的訓練下努力練習空手道專業，奪得全國及亞太區競賽多面獎牌，讓她更勇於追逐夢想。而今(11)日她也和3位勇氣女孩出席教育部的「國際女孩日」記者會，分享自己人生的心路歷程。
就讀南投縣仁愛鄉旭光中學國中部的黃瑞羚，在國小畢業後便加入空手道隊，跟著指導教練的帶領和姑姑支持，不畏老天給的家庭變故考驗，以不放棄的信心持續努力，不僅奪得全國第一名獎牌，今年更獲得總統教育獎競賽榮耀。
在國際女孩日的今天，教育部邀請多位努力學習女孩分享學習經歷，透過她們的分享，樹立女孩的標竿及典範，鼓勵更多女孩能夠勇敢逐夢，展現台灣女孩生命力。
而在學期間多次參與大學生領導力培訓營的洪金圓也現身分享；現已是成功創業者的她認為，在參與培訓營過程中，體會到「人脈」、「熱情」、「堅持」、「正向」的重要性，建立起自信與專業，更是支持她成功經營品牌的力量。
教育部辦理的高中職「新世紀領導人才培育計畫」及「大專校院女學生領導力培訓營」，鼓勵女學生勇敢發聲，邀請女性專家學者分享及團體工作坊，引導女學生有效提升策略領導效能，並介紹職場性別友善概念，培育女性賦權的重要性。
教育部表示，國內女性在教育程度上已不斷提升，女學生的在學率現高於男性，高等教育方面更優於日、韓等國，而女性碩、博士生比率也逐年提升，但也發現各項助學機制的女性使用比率都高於男性，弱勢女學生的就學權益受到關注，根據教育部統計，女性的學雜費減免及弱勢助學計畫申請就比男性多出4萬多人次，未來教育部將持續推動兩性平等教育，給予每位學生相同的教育機會。
