【林奐成╱綜合報導】針對美韓日近日舉行聯合海上軍事演習，北韓今天提出警告，要美國停止軍演與魯莽的挑釁行為，不然就要發動「全面戰爭」，攻擊美國本土。
 
法新社引述北韓官媒消息報導，北韓國防委員會表示，美國政府必須停止對該國採用敵對政策，否則朝鮮半島與「美國本土」都不會得到和平。
