防範網購分期付款詐騙 業者應加強網站安全

網路購物已經成為國人普遍的消費模式，不過，由於部分業者並沒有確實保護好客戶的個資，造成詐騙案件頻傳。刑事局除了再次提醒民眾，ATM沒有解除分期付款的設定之外，也向業者喊話，應積極加強自身網站防駭措施。

網路購物的詐騙模式，通常是歹徒利用駭客手法取得購物網站的客戶個資，再根據客戶的資料向被害人謊稱，誤設分期付款，如果要解除設定，必須按照指示到ATM操作。由於對方能夠說出被害人的名字和消費紀錄，被害人如果不能冷靜下來，很容易就被牽著鼻子走，不斷匯款被詐騙得逞。

對於這類案件層出不窮，刑事局預防科警官鄭加仁表示，業者應積極加強網站的防駭措施。「網路商店除了在自己網站向客戶宣導反詐騙資訊外，更應積極加強自身網站防駭措施，確實保護客戶個人資料安全。」

警方也提醒民眾，ATM絕對沒有解除分期付款定的功能，遊戲點數也無法作為帳戶擔保，不要輕易上當，有疑問撥打165反詐騙專線比較安全。
