最近遇到一個問題 希望大大們能解惑 我們公司在徵業務 因為此職缺跟我同個部門 所以我也會參與面試 看一下履歷表後 發現有一個大學的同班同學有應徵 當下有跟他聯絡 說你來應徵我們公司喔 之類的 之後查了一下辦公室生存法則 發現好朋友在同一個辦公室 似乎下場都不好 不是因為業績問題鬧翻 就是分紅有差異 搞到最後連朋友都不是了 這邊想要請教各位大大 1. 我應該請他來面試嗎? 2. 朋友在同一個部門工作 會有哪些問題呢? 感謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.15.94.154
