監委查關說案約詢曾勇夫

監察院下午發出新聞稿表示，監察委員洪德旋、吳豐山今針對9月6日特偵組舉行記者會，指控立委柯建銘透過王金平院長向法務部長曾勇夫關說案，上午9時半約詢曾勇夫。

據洪、吳兩位監委表示，約詢至11時結束，但監察院迄今未接到行政院或法務部將曾勇夫移送監察院審查的公文，原因不解。

他們表示：監察法明定調查中案情不可洩漏，因此對約詢內容無可奉告。
