酒駕「和尚」騎車自摔遭法辦

高雄市小港區日前發生機車自摔車禍，身穿袈裟的機車騎士在車流很大的中山四路摔車，自己還被壓在機車底下。員警趕到場扶起這名名騎士，所幸他沒有受傷；不過，卻是滿身酒氣，酒測值高達0.82。

68歲的李姓騎士被警方查出有酒駕公共危險前科，他告訴警察是到信徒家中拜訪，禁不住信徒熱情款待而連續喝酒兩個小時。警察問他喝了多少，這名騎士則說印象中可能有喝了兩瓶啤酒。這個酒駕騎士再度被依公共危險罪嫌移送偵辦。
