請問版上各位： 家人因為發生意外，無法工作需休假三個月 (非因工作受傷，有醫師診斷書) 第一個月，請傷病假應該有半薪。 那２～３個月，是應該也請病假，或是留職停薪？ 請問那種方式，會比較有益？不會有復職阻礙呢？ 或是有其他更好的方式嗎？ 懇請大家給點建議，謝謝。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.78.148.204
