又爆食安危機！「油」夠黑心，大統長基食品公司以低價油等添加調色劑銅葉綠素，混充橄欖油販售，違法情節重大，遭彰化縣政府重罰2820萬元，創下食品衛生管理法上路以來新高。不僅如此，更有離職員工爆料，大統有如血汗工廠，曾連續工作108天完全沒休假，形容董事長高振利是「蟹老闆」。
「黑心油」風暴，大統長基食品公司以低價油等添加調色劑銅葉綠素，混充橄欖油販售，再度衝擊食品安全問題，彰化縣政府表示，大統違法情節重大，勒令停工。大統也被重罰2820萬元，創下食品衛生管理法上路以來新高。
不僅如此，有離職員工出來爆料，大統宛如血汗工廠，曾連續工作108天，每天工作12小時，完全沒休假，向公司反映卻以人手不足為由，說無法排假，批評董事長高振利愛錢、小氣，又苛刻員工，所以員工都留不住，形容他是「蟹老闆」。
離職員工指出，大統工廠環境差，深夜時廠內還會有水溝冒白煙及惡臭，有時還會有蟑螂跑到隔壁廠區；還說，高振利非常情緒化，常對員工拍桌大罵，找各種藉口與名目扣員工薪水，只要一個品項、價格不小心打錯，就扣薪3-5百元，全看老闆當時的心情而定。
大統「黑心油」風暴，衛生福利部表示，經彰化縣衛生局調查之後，目前罪證確鑿的已知36項食用油，包括違法添加物、標示不實等，將「一罪一罰」，目前初估罰金將破1100萬；至於「長期摻偽」部分，也建議檢方求處最重3年徒刑。
衛福部也通令各地衛生局，全面清查國內160多家標榜生產百分百油品的食品工廠，稽查業者的配方與製程，避免大統事件再度發生，結果預計下周五出爐。
