徐旭東：國道計程費率仍未定　很荒謬

【陳如嬌／台北報導】行政院副院長毛治國今上午在出席「國際綠色智慧交通論壇」開幕致詞中指出，全國國道預計今年底前取消人工收費，全面實施電子計程收費，屆時將搭配交通管理需求，實施時段、路段差別費率，以提升公路網運輸效率。不過，排在毛治國之後上台致詞的遠東集團董事長徐旭東卻抱怨，國道電子收費系統即將全面上路，但費率到現在都未底定，這是很荒謬的事。

毛治國指出，高速公路ETC計程收費系統，除須有良好的技術系統外，最大關鍵仍在營運與服務面的規劃，才能達到智慧運輸目標。

「國際綠色智慧交通論壇」邀集挪威、美國、澳洲和香港，以及國內等交通專家和學者，從政策立法、公眾溝通及技術標準面向，為即將全面電子收費的國道新制度提出建言。
