馬英九：中選會空窗要提早因應

因民進黨杯葛行政院長江宜樺上台施政報告，連帶影響中選會新任委員的同意權，有可能造成中選會委員出現空窗期。國民黨主席馬英九表示，因民進黨造成中選會空窗，請黨團盡量協商，以期順利銜接；他請中選會提早因應。
