大家都敢喝牛奶嗎??

不知道是不是小時候被爸媽天天上學前逼著喝牛奶的關係
自從長大之後我就再也沒有碰過牛奶
奶茶或是咖啡這種牛奶加在裡面的我還OK
但是單喝牛奶我就沒有辦法~~
最近看一些報導說喝牛奶對於補鈣很好
不禁讓我擔心我都沒喝牛奶會不會改攝取不足
可是我真的好怕那個奶味阿~~~~~
