檔案同步上傳軟體 - SugarSync，功能與Dropbox一模一樣，也支援各種手機，預設同步資料夾名為Magic Briefcase（魔術公文包），安裝後會產生於「My Documents」資料夾下，除了將要同步的資料丟到「Magic Briefcase」資料夾外，你也可以自行勾選要同步的資料夾；登入線上網頁後有一個「已刪除文件」資料夾，那就是跟Dropbox一樣的還原功能；上傳大小無限制，只有你要公開分享的檔案（Public Link）有25MB的限制；它優於Dropbox的特點如下：免費帳號為5GB、介紹朋友加入的獎勵空間為雙方各500MB、獎勵空間上限32GB(2012.01修改)...。（阿榮）（下載）
