【陳冠穎／綜合外電報導】日本瑞穗銀行高層提供黑社會不當貸款，瑞穗銀行在今初步決定，將會有超過30名的高階主管遭受懲罰，據了解，社長佐藤康博雖不會被免職，但將會遭罰6個月薪資，而董事長塚本隆史將會下台。

瑞穗銀行內部其實在2010年12月就發現這個問題，但一直未採取任何措施。據日本媒體報導，瑞穗銀行過去2年多以來，透過消費者信貸公司，共向黑社會成員提供230筆貸款，總額逾2億日圓（6000萬元台幣），部分已經成為壞帳。
